1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect
When using the tool, we process: (a) data entered in the form (shop name, problem description, your name, address, email) to generate the complaint letter; (b) IP address to limit free samples (stored encrypted for max 30 days); (c) payment data processed directly by Stripe, Inc. — we do not have access to it.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process data based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — providing the complaint letter generation service. Analytics data is processed based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or consent.
4. Processors and Data Transfers
Form data is sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) to generate the letter. The text is processed once and is not stored by the AI provider. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc.
5. Retention Period
Form data is not stored after the letter is generated. IP addresses for free sample limits are retained for max 30 days. Payment records are kept as required by law (min. 3 years).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact us at info@tetrakt.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
We only use essential technical cookies. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are activated only with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time in your browser settings.
