1. Service Provider
The "E-shop Complaint Letter Generator" service is provided by Tetrakt ("we"). Contact: info@tetrakt.io.
2. Service Description
The service allows users to generate a complaint letter template based on provided information using artificial intelligence. The service does not constitute legal advice.
3. Free Sample
Each user is entitled to 1 free truncated preview of a complaint letter. The free sample is limited to one per IP address and is truncated.
4. Credits and Payments
Full complaint letter text is available after purchasing credits. Credits are one-time use, non-refundable, and valid for 1 year from purchase. Payments are processed via Stripe. Prices include applicable taxes.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital content provided immediately upon purchase (text generation), you agree that you waive the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)).
6. Limitation of Liability
Generated letters serve as templates and do not constitute legal advice. We are not responsible for the outcome of any complaint proceedings or the accuracy of cited laws. For complex cases, we recommend consulting a lawyer.
7. Service Availability
The service is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In case of technical issues, we will attempt to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic.
